Description of the position | Application form
Congratulations to the SALC Student Committee (SSC) who organised a wonderful summer party in the SALC last week. Many thanks to everyone who came (and dressed up!), to learning advisors Erin Okamoto for supporting the SSC as their advisor, and Rob Stevenson who took the photos. You can see more photos on our facebook page.
Staff and students are welcome to attend one of our summer workshops!
Also, the SALC is open this summer (apart form when the university is closed 6-21 August). Feel free to use the space to stay cool, relax and enjoy using English!
SALC Director, Dr. Jo Mynard, recently gave some workshops on various aspects of self-access learning to colleagues in Thailand as part of a conference held at King Mongkut’s University of Technology, Thonbury. The theme of the conference was Self Access Learning: Present and beyond 21st Century.
There’s lots going on in the SALC this July. Feel free to attend any of these events and let your students know.
